Contacts Start Date: You may use contacts from start of OMISS 6/28/1981.
Contact Type: Members or nonmembers in the 13 original colonies or the other countries involved in the war. Mixed band contacts are allowed.
OMISS Nets: Contacts must be made on OMISS Nets.
Enhancements: Contacting the other countries involved in the war, or for completing the award all in July.
Certificate numbers: On the first application approved, the next available certificate number is assigned. When an enhancement is earned, certificates will be issued with the same # and the enhancement listed on it.

Contact 3 stations in all of the 13 original colonies on OMISS nets.
The 13 colonies are: New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.
The other countries involved in the war are England, Germany, Spain, France, Netherlands, Bahamas, Guadalupe, Portugal, & Haiti.
Documentation to Submit: Log listing the contacts by state. Log listing the countries. QSL cards are not required.
