Contacts Start Date: You may use contacts from the date of OMISS 06/28/1981.
OMISS Nets: Contacts must be made on OMISS Nets.
Contact Type: Contacts must be members. The same members must be contacted on 5 bands.
Club Call: Contacts with club stations are not eligible.
Repeat use of contact: The same members must be contacted on 5 bands.
Enhancements: None. If you contact 25 more, you earn next level.
Certificate numbers: Because this goes by levels, certificate numbers will be assigned by the next available in each level.
