1. Using the State of Wisconsin work counties so that the first and/or last letter of the county will spell out Tim J Nealis
2. When the award originated, there were no OMISS members that lived in a county in Wisconsin that begins or ends with the letter “J or I”, so three (3) different contacts in "Wood County” Tim's home county for those letters MAY be used for “I” and “J”.
3. No county (other than Wood County) can be used more than one time.
4. Contacts must be made on OMISS Nets during normal net Times.
5. Non-member contacts will be allowed for this award.
6. There is no start time for contacts for earning this award.
7. Applications for this award will be accepted from August 01, 2017 to August 01, 2025.
8. Endorsements for single band and mobile contacts may be requested.
