1. Work OMISS members in 100 USA Counties.
2. A County can be used only once.
3. Members may be contacted multiple times provided the contacts are in different counties.
4. Contacts must be made on OMISS Nets.
5. Endorsements are available for every additional 100 counties. Single band, 5, 6, 7, 8 band endorsements are also available.
SPECIAL NOTE: OMISS uses NACO for the basis of determining counties, the Burroughs of Alaska and the independent cities in the states of Virginia, Maryland, Missouri, and Nevada will be recognized as counties along with the counties in the possessions and territories if the U.S., such as GUAM, PUERTO RICO, and the VIRGIN ISLANDS.
