1. Work one station that is in a City/Town/Village with same name as your home QTH.
2. For a match, spelling of the names must be exact. Las Vegas, NV, and Las Vegas, NM are a match. Clarksville, TN and Clarkesville, GA are not a match.
3. Stations must be worked on OMISS net frequencies and OMISS net times.
4. This award is retroactive and previous contacts may be used.
5. Endorsements will be issued for single band, QRP, contacts with mobiles, and each 5 additional contacts.
6. Non-member contacts may be used.
7. Logs should be sorted by state.
