Details: The award is made at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors by a two-thirds majority written (or e-mail) vote. Voting to be closed no later than two calendar weeks from postmarked date of mailing of the ballots. Recipients of this prestigious award also become permanent VIP's of the Society.
