Membership: Membership in OMISS is required to earn any awards. Club calls members can earn certificates only.
Contacts Start Date: You may use contacts from the date of OMISS 06/28/1981
OMISS Nets: Contacts must be made on OMISS Nets.
Contact Type: Members only. Mixed band contacts are allowed.
Combo & Club Calls: Contacts with club member stations are eligible. May use only call containing number.
Repeat use of contact: Member number may be used only once.
Enhancements: Single bands and every five additional contacts.
Certificate numbers: On the first application approved, the next available certificate number is assigned. When an enhancement is earned, certificates will be issued with the same # and the enhancement listed on it.
Seals: N/A
Parts of an award: N/A
Details: Make contact with five OMISS members whose OM number shares the same last three digits as your OM number.
Member number may be used only once.
Notes:
OM numbers less than 10 will be assumed to have a leading zero. Example OM# 1 would a member of the same Family Tree as OM# 9001.

Documentation to Submit: Log extract of contacts with members sorted by member number. QSL cards are not required.
