Contacts Start Date: You may use contacts from November 1, 2001.
Contact Type: Members who are serving or have served in the United States military. Mixed band contacts are allowed.
OMISS Nets: Contacts must be made on OMISS Nets.
Enhancements: None. You get only one desk plate or plaque.

Certificate numbers: On the first application approved, the next available certificate number is assigned.
Details: When you have earned the Esprit de Military Battalion level, OMISS will issue your choice of a desk plate or a plaque to you free of charge.
To earn battalion level in Esprit de Military, you must have contacted 324 military members, and progressed to battalion level.
Documentation to Submit: Log of military contacts. QSL cards are not required.
