OMISS Nets: Awards are earned on OMISS nets only.
Enhancements: Each additional 100 awards.
Certificate numbers: On the first application approved, the next available certificate/plaque number is assigned. You will get a perpetual plaque. When an enhancement is made, a plate listing the total number of hundreds of awards and the date will be sent. Certificates will be issued with the same # and the enhancement listed on it.

You’ll be sent a plaque with room for 18 plates. A plate will be sent with number of hundred awards and date. For example, 200 Awards 5/1/2026.
Note: Not all certificates you receive count towards Master. For example, the state certificates you receive toward state flag are steps in working to the award. They are not enhancements and don’t count toward Master.
Seals added to adorn a certificate are also not enhancements. For example, Army seal added to military award.
