Contacts Start Date: You may use contacts from start of OMISS 6/28/1981.
Contact Type: Members only. Mixed bands are allowed.
OMISS Nets: Contacts must be made on OMISS Nets.
Enhancements: Every additional 100 times worked, single band, working the same member 100 times on 5, 6, 7, and 8 bands. A special certificate will be awarded to those who worked 25, 50, 75, and one hundred members 100 times.
Certificate numbers: On the first application approved, the next available certificate number is assigned. When an enhancement is earned, certificates will be issued with the same # and the enhancement listed on it. A special certificate will be awarded to those who worked 25, 50, 75, and one hundred members 100 times.

Work the same OMISS member 100 times.
Documentation to Submit: Log listing 100 QSO’s with the same member. QSL cards are not required.
