Contacts Start Date: You may use contacts from start of OMISS 6/28/1981.
Contact Type: Members only. Mixed band contacts are allowed.
OMISS Nets: Contacts must be made on OMISS Nets.
Enhancements: Every 100 additional prefixes, Single band, and 5-6-7-8 bands along with 100 additional prefixes for each.
Certificate numbers: On the first application approved, the next available certificate number is assigned. When an enhancement is earned, certificates will be issued with the same # and the enhancement listed on it.

Work 100 OMISS members with different call sign prefixes.
For this award, the prefix is that part of the call sign up to and including the last digit, reading from the left (e.g., W1ABC = W1, KA3AUQ = KA3, 4X4AA = 4X4, Y51XZ = Y51, 4U47UN = 4U47)
Documentation to Submit: Logs should be sorted by prefix. QSL cards are not required.
