Contact Start Date: You may use contacts starting from OMISS 06/28/1981.
Contact Type: Members or nonmembers in Canada.
OMISS Nets: Contacts must be made on OMISS Nets.
Enhancements: Single bands, Nunavut Territory and Labrador.
Certificate numbers: On the first application approved, the next available certificate number is assigned. When an enhancement is earned, certificates will be issued with the same # and the enhancement listed on it.

Contact Stations in each of the Canadian Provinces which are: Nova Scotia; New Brunswick; Prince Edward Island; Newfoundland; Quebec; Ontario; Manitoba; Saskatchewan; Alberta; British Columbia; Northwest Territories; Yukon Territory.
NOTE: Nunavut Territory and Labrador are not required for this OMISS award.
Documentation to Submit: Log of Canadian stations. QSL cards are not required.
