Contacts Start Date: You may use contacts from 11/1/2006.
Contact Type: Members or nonmembers. Both stations must be mobile. Mixed band contacts are allowed.
OMISS Nets: Contacts must be made on OMISS Nets.
Enhancements: Single bands, and 5-6-7-8 bands
Certificate numbers: On the first application approved, the next available certificate number is assigned. When an enhancement is earned, certificates will be issued with the same # and the enhancement listed on it.

From a mobile station, contact mobile stations in all 50 states.
Contacts must be in accordance with the ARRL rules for achieving a WAS award as found at http://www.arrl.org/was with one exception -- OMISS does not require that you submit QSL Cards.
Documentation to Submit: Logs should be sorted by state. QSL cards are not required.
