Contacts Start Date: You may use contacts from start of OMISS 6/28/1981.
Contact Type: Members or nonmembers. Mixed band contacts are allowed.
OMISS Nets: Contacts must be made on OMISS Nets.
Enhancements: Single bands, and 5-6-7-8 bands.
Certificate numbers: On the first application approved, the next available certificate number is assigned. When an enhancement is earned, certificates will be issued with the same # and the enhancement listed on it.

Contact stations in the 48 continental states of the USA using 1x3 calls.
Alaska and Hawaii are not required for this award.
Documentation to Submit: Logs should be sorted by state. QSL cards are not required.
