Contacts Start Date: You may use contacts from start of OMISS 6/28/1981. Exception -enhancement for OM numbers must be made 2/1/2019 or later.
Contact Type: Members or nonmembers. Mixed band contacts are allowed.
OMISS Nets: Contacts must be made on OMISS Nets.
Enhancements: Single bands, 5-6-7-8 bands, Early 40m net (0100z to 0400z), Late 40m net (after 0400z), Early 80m net (0300z to 0500z), Late 80m net (after 0500z). OM numbers 0001 to 9999 or OM numbers 10000 & up (must be made 02/01/2019 or later).
Certificate numbers: On the first application approved, the next available certificate number is assigned. When an enhancement is earned, certificates will be issued with the same # and the enhancement listed on it.
Details:
Work all 50 states of the USA.
Not required for the basic award, but if working for the enhancement for OM numbers: OM numbers 0001 – 9999. All contacts must be made 02/01/2019 or later.
OM numbers 10000 & up. All contacts must be made 02/01/2019 or later.
Documentation to Submit: Logs should be sorted by state. QSL cards are not required.
