Contacts Start Date: You may use contacts from start of OMISS 6/28/1981.
Contact Type: Members or nonmembers. Mixed band contacts are allowed.
OMISS Nets: Contacts must be made on OMISS Nets.
Enhancements: Single band, QRP, mobile and additional groups of 25.
Certificate numbers: On the first application approved, the next available certificate number is assigned. When an enhancement is earned, certificates will be issued with the same # and the enhancement listed on it.
Details:
Work 25 stations that are in a City/Town/Village or County with US PRESIDENT LAST name.
Must be exact name match.
Each City/Town/Village or County can be used only once, the state must be shown on the log. I.E. if Washington, OK is used for the mixed band award, it cannot be used for any other band but Washington, OR could still be used.
