Contacts Start Date: You may use contacts from May 1, 2006
Contact Type: Members or nonmembers. Mixed band contacts are allowed.
OMISS Nets: Contacts must be made on OMISS Nets.
Enhancements: Single band.
Certificate numbers: On the first application approved, the next available certificate number is assigned. When an enhancement is earned, certificates will be issued with the same # and the enhancement listed on it.

States must be contacted in the order they entered the US as listed on the Statehood Award Log. (see link above)
For North and South Dakota, these states can be worked in either order as they came into the Union on the same date.
When you are looking for your 49th or 50th state, you may notify the NCS (AIM is a great way). If that next state is available, you may get a priority call to try for that contact.
Documentation to Submit Statehood log showing combined date & time worked columns (yyyy/mm/dd HH:MM) in ascending order. QSL cards are not required.
