Membership: Membership in OMISS is required to earn any awards. Club calls members can earn certificates only.
Contacts Start Date: You may use contacts from start of OMISS 6/28/1981.
OMISS Nets: Contacts must be made on OMISS Nets.
Contact Type: Members and nonmembers who are YL. Mixed contacts are allowed.
Club Call: Contacts with club stations are not eligible.
Repeat use of contact: Call may be used only once per band.
Enhancements: Every additional 12 YL contacts as well as single band, 5, 6, 7, and 8 band.
Certificate numbers: On the first application approved, the next available certificate number is assigned. When an enhancement is earned, certificates will be issued with the same # and the enhancement listed on it.

Documentation to Submit: Log information of YL contacts sorted by OM number. QSL cards are not required.
