Contacts Start Date: You may use contacts from start of OMISS 6/28/1981.
Contact Type: Members only. Mixed band contacts are allowed.
OMISS Nets: Contacts must be made on OMISS Nets.
Enhancements: Single band, base to mobile, mobile to base, or mobile to mobile.
Certificate numbers: On the first application approved, the next available certificate number is assigned. Each certificate must be applied for to complete this award. Certificate numbers vary as the next number corresponding to the level achieved will be used.

The Millionaire Award consists of 13 awards; each must be earned in sequence.
A member number may be used only once.
The first million consists of 4 awards, each award must be earned in sequence, and each award starts from 0.
1. Add the OMISS Membership numbers together until you reach a total of 250,000 or more then apply for the first certificate.
2. Add OMISS Member numbers until you reach a total of 500,000, or more and apply for second certificate. Member numbers used for first certificate may not be re-used.
3. Add OMISS Member numbers until you reach a total of 750,000, or more and apply for third certificate. Member numbers used for earlier certificates may not be re-used.
4. Add OMISS numbers until you reach a total of 1,000,000, or more and apply for forth certificate. Member numbers used for earlier certificates may not be re-used.
Levels 2 million through 10 million are incremental and each level only requires an additional 1,000,000.
5. Add OMISS Member numbers until you reach a total of 2,000,000, or more and apply for fifth certificate. Member numbers used for earlier certificates may not be re-used.
6. Add OMISS Member numbers until you reach a total of 3,000,000, or more and apply for sixth certificate. Member numbers used for earlier certificates may not be re-used.
7. Add OMISS Member numbers until you reach a total of 4,000,000, or more and apply for seventh certificate. Member numbers used for earlier certificates may not be re-used.
8. Add OMISS Member numbers until you reach a total of 5,000,000, or more and apply for eighth certificate. Member numbers used for earlier certificates may not be re-used.
9. Add OMISS Member numbers until you reach a total of 6,000,000, or more and apply for ninth certificate. Member numbers used for earlier certificates may not be re-used.
10. Add OMISS Member numbers until you reach a total of 7,000,000, or more and apply for tenth certificate. Member numbers used for earlier certificates may not be re-used.
11. Add OMISS Member numbers until you reach a total of 8,000,000, or more and apply for eleventh certificate. Member numbers used for earlier certificates may not be re-used.
12. Add OMISS Member numbers until you reach a total of 9,000,000, or more and apply for twelfth certificate. Member numbers used for earlier certificates may not be re-used.
13. Add OMISS Member numbers until you reach a total of 10,000,000, or more and apply for thirteenth certificate. Member numbers used for earlier certificates may not be re-used.
* When you reach the 10,000,000 mark you will receive your choice of an engraved Money Clip or Plaque at no cost.
14. For members who have achieved the 10,000,000 award, add OMISS Member numbers until you reach a total of 50,000,000 or more and apply for the fourteenth certificate. Member numbers used for earlier certificates may not be re-used.
15. For members who have achieved the 50,000,000 award, add OMISS Member numbers until you reach a total of 100,000,000 or more and apply for the fifteenth certificate. Member numbers used for earlier certificates may not be re-used.
* For those who wish to do a little extra math, if the total is exactly the amount of each certificate applied for then there will be a gold seal image added to the certificate. This is just to adorn your certificate and does not count as an enhancement.
Documentation to Submit: Log extracts including call, OMISS #, date worked must be submitted with application. QSL cards are not required.
