Contact Start Date: You may use contacts starting from November 11, 2001.
Contact Type: Members who have served or are serving in Navy of USA.
OMISS Nets: Contacts must be made on OMISS Nets. Mixed band contacts are allowed.
Enhancements: Single bands and 25 additional mixed
Certificate numbers: On the first application approved, the next available certificate number is assigned. When an enhancement is earned, certificates will be issued with the same # and the enhancement listed on it.

Documentation to Submit: Log information is required sorted by OMISS number. If you are listed on the OMISS military roster as you get a special “seal”. Please specify which branch you want.
