Contacts Start Date: You may use contacts from January 1, 2023.
Contact Type: Members only. Mixed band contacts are allowed.
OMISS Nets: Contacts must be made on OMISS Nets.
Enhancements: Single Band, 50, and each 50 thereafter.
Certificate numbers: On the first application approved, the next available certificate number is assigned. When an enhancement is earned, certificates will be issued with the same # and the enhancement listed on it.

All contacts must be made within one calendar year. (January 1 to December 31)
Contact one of each of the first responder designations (Dispatch, EMT, Fire, Police and Volunteer AND one each of 5 of the 6 military designations (US Army, US Air Force, US Coast Guard, US Marines, US Navy, or US Space force) for a total of 10 contacts.
For QSOs with multiple designations, only one designation may be used per QSO.
Documentation to Submit: Enter the Military and First responder designations in the 'Additional Information' column. QSL cards are not required.
Note: If you are listed in the OMISS military, clergy, or first responder roster as you get one special seal image added to your certificate. If you have multiples listed, please specify which seal you want. This seal is an adornment on your certificate and does not count as an enhancement.
