Contacts Start Date: You may use contacts from the date of OMISS 06/28/1981.
Contact Type: Members only. Mixed band contacts are allowed.
OMISS Nets: Contacts must be made on OMISS Nets.
Enhancements: Every additional 100 members worked, single band, 5, 6, 7, and 8 bands.
Certificate numbers: On the first application approved, the next available certificate number is assigned. When an enhancement is earned, certificates will be issued with the same # and the enhancement listed on it.
Details: Work 100 OMISS members.
Documentation to Submit: Log sorted in order of their OM numbers and including call, date, time and frequency. QSL cards are not required.
