Membership: Membership in OMISS is required to earn any awards. Club calls members can earn certificates only.
Contacts Start Date: You may use contacts from the date of OMISS 06/28/1981.
OMISS Nets: Contacts must be made on OMISS Nets.
Contact Type: Members or non-members. Mixed band contacts are allowed.
Combo & Club Calls: N/A
Repeat use of contact: Stations contacted may be mobile, portable, or fixed stations. Contacts cannot be reused in the same grid but may be used from different grids.
Enhancements: Groups of 100-grid square over the initial 200. Single Band, 5 Band, and QRP with the 100-grid square endorsement for each.
Certificate numbers: On the first application approved, the next available certificate number is assigned. When an enhancement is earned, certificates will be issued with the same # and the enhancement listed on it.
