Membership: Membership in OMISS is required to earn any awards. Club calls members can earn certificates only.
Contacts Start Date: You may use contacts from January 1, 1982.
OMISS Nets: Contacts must be made on OMISS Nets.
Contact Type: Members who are clergy only. Mixed band contacts are allowed.
Combo & Club Calls: Contacts with club stations are not eligible.
Repeat use of contact: Call may be used only once per band.
Enhancements: Each 5 additional contacts, single bands, 5, 6, 7, and 8 bands.
Certificate numbers: On the first application approved, the next available certificate number is assigned. When an enhancement is earned, certificates will be issued with the same # and the enhancement listed on it.
