Contacts Start Date: You may use contacts from start of OMISS 6/28/1981.
Contact Type: KN4OM ONLY. Mixed band contacts are allowed.
OMISS Nets: Contacts must be made on OMISS Nets.
Enhancements: Single bands, 5-6-7-8 bands, Early 40m net (0100z to 0400z), Late 40m net (after 0400z), Early 80m net (0300z to 0500z), Late 80m net (after 0500z), Alaska & Hawaii.
Certificate numbers: On the first application approved, the next available certificate number is assigned. When an enhancement is earned, certificates will be issued with the same # and the enhancement listed on it.
