Membership: Membership in OMISS is required to earn any awards. Club calls members can earn certificates only.
Contacts Start Date: You may use contacts from June 1, 2007.
OMISS Nets: Contacts must be made on OMISS Nets.
Contact Type: Members only. Mixed band contacts are allowed.
Combo & Club Calls: Contacts with club stations are not eligible.
Repeat use of contact: May be worked on different bands.
Enhancements: Every 25 additional OM members worked in the same manner, single band, and QRP. Work the same 25 OM members on 5 bands and a special 5x25 endorsement for this award will be given (the same information may be submitted for the regular 5x25 award).
Certificate numbers: On the first application approved, the next available certificate number is assigned. When an enhancement is earned, certificates will be issued with the same # and the enhancement listed on it.

Details: Work 25 OMISS Members that have membership numbers between 1-2999 in the following manner:
* 5 MEMBERS BETWEEN 1-1000
* 5 MEMBERS BETWEEN 1001-1500
* 5 MEMBERS BETWEEN 1501-2000
* 5 MEMBERS BETWEEN 2001-2500
* 5 MEMBERS BETWEEN 2501-2999
